3 cycling routes around Bruges which are worth exploring

We’ ve known for a long time Bruges is a beautiful city to discover. Walking through the historical centre is like imagining yourself in a very nice open-air museum thanks to the many beautiful alleys and old buildings. Once you leave the romantic city you have lots of nature and fantastic cycling and walking routes in addition to the city walks. This proves that Bruges is the perfect combination of city life as the green Bruges Ommeland.

The Brugse Ommeland is the region around the city of Bruges with the wooded Bruges green belt to the south. It contains centuries-old landscapes, forests, historic farms, monuments,… Briefly summarized; it’s worth the effort if you like to surround yourself with nature.
